Research Trips

The Society sponsors bus trips to the Family History Center (LDS), the Los Angeles Public Library both in Los Angeles, and the Southern California Genealogical Library in Burbank, as well as occasional trips to other Southern California society libraries. The bus leaves from two convenient pickup locations at 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. and leaves for the return trip home after the traffic rush hour. The cost for members is $20, for non-members is$25.00. The Society also sponsors annual research trips to Salt Lake City. Our next trip is scheduled for May 25-June 1, 2011. You are responsible for your own transportation. Contact Jim Friestad for information.
